Cancellation policy

You can cancel products before we start processing them. Gift voucher purchases are not refundable for change of mind. If your order contains both products and gift vouchers, we cancel and refund only the products and their delivery charge; the gift vouchers remain valid and are still delivered by email. Any coupon discount reduces the refundable product amount. We deduct only the applicable share of the actual payment processing fee that the provider does not return, and show the exact fee and refund before you confirm. Gift voucher credit used to pay for cancelled products is restored to the original voucher. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are unaffected; fees and change-of-mind exclusions do not apply to refunds required by law.

Cancellation covers all non-gift products and their delivery charge. In a mixed order, purchased gift vouchers are kept and excluded from the refund. Card and PayPal refunds go back through the original payment method. Gift voucher credit is returned to the original voucher. Coupons have no cash value.

Once processing, preparation or production has started, contact the studio through the shop’s custom order enquiry form to discuss changes. Gift voucher purchases themselves are excluded from change-of-mind refunds; this does not prevent cancellation of other products in the same order. This does not affect refunds required by law.

For faulty goods, a store-caused cancellation or another issue covered by Australian Consumer Law, contact the studio. This change-of-mind fee does not reduce your legal refund rights.
